I have spent 15 years at the intersection of AI product management and strategy, supported by an engineering background. At Dell Technologies, I build AI-driven products for customer support, solving for intelligence and reliability at enterprise scale. One of these products is Next Best Action — an AI assistant that helps customer support teams work more effectively. It has delivered double-digit improvements across customer satisfaction, agent productivity, and operational cost metrics.
My journey includes leading AI strategy at Dell, as well as advising Fortune 500s and PE firms on growth and operational excellence at EY-Parthenon. I combine deep product and strategy expertise with operational clarity — understanding not just how to build AI systems, but why they matter to business outcomes.
As a technical author and speaker, I share practical lessons on making AI work in production. My writing covers everything from evaluation frameworks to hallucination prevention, published in outlets including VentureBeat, The Guardian, CMSWire, and Mind the Product. I have been honored to receive awards for Thought Leadership, Technology Innovation, and Software Excellence for my contributions to the field.
I am a mentor for founders within the Alchemist and Founder Institute accelerators, and for product managers on ADPList. I am passionate about building impactful, responsible AI and contributing to a collaborative, insight-driven product community. I love connecting with like-minded professionals.
I mentor AI teams, startup founders, and product managers across multiple global programmes — sharing 15 years of experience in AI product management and strategy with the next generation of builders.
Five original frameworks developed from real-world AI product practice — published in leading industry outlets and used by AI practitioners and product leaders worldwide.
I serve on advisory boards, judging panels, and hackathon evaluation committees for globally recognised technology and business programmes.
Whether you're building AI products, shaping enterprise AI strategy, looking for a speaker or published contributor, or seeking mentorship as a founder or product manager — I'd love to connect.
